Arkansas is diverse and natural, and that is in culture, industry, natural resources, and ever-growing technology. Arkansas’s state motto is Regnat Populus, which is Latin for “the people rule” as noted from the Encyclopedia of Arkansas. There are other taglines or titles used for the state like ‘The Natural State.
I was born in Little Rock, Arkansas, which is the capital and very close to the geographical center of the state, full of diverse and natural resources. The French explorer Jean-Baptiste Bénard de La Harpe first noted the rock formation that would become known as “La Petite Roche” or “the little rock” in 1722. Little Rock has one of the most variety and genuine experiences here in this state.
Though, I was born in the later part of the 1950’s, to the projects or what at one time were called the slums, which was less than a mile from Central High. The people here are of variety and genuine It was going on during a national crisis of desegregation. You can read about here at the National Park Service link attributed to it. I had fourth child syndrome, which is a term used to describe the challenges and struggles that youngest children.
Arkansas is One of the most diverse and Natural Places
Arkansas with the various forests, lakes, and rivers, as well as other diverse and natural recreating. The southeastern part of the state is part of the Mississippi Delta, while the Ouachita and Ozark National Forests and Mountains are mostly west of the diagonal of the cities of Texarkana up to around Jonesboro. There are Blanchard Springs Caverns north of Mountain View, close to the top northern middle not far from Missouri border.
There are plenty of outdoor recreational areas for fishing, hunting, swimming, boating, water skiing, hiking, camping, and so much more. The athletics mostly on college level throughout the state are good. Arkansas tourism is full of diverse history and ways of learning from natural and unique geology to the ‘Old Mill’ located in North Little Rock, as opening scene for the famous novel made into a movie, ‘Gone with the Wind.”
