Remembering who you truly are takes time. This also applies to finding God or the Source from which you came. It usually happens after death of the ego, which for many people is at or after physical death. Each of us must spiritually awaken, but if you cannot in this life, at least stay close to your religious faith and deity. It is better to be a Christian, who is still asleep than someone marketing their God connection, which is purely selfish and egotistical. That is not the purpose of an epiphany or enlightenment. Sometimes truth can be found in the stillness.

For me, I am accepting awakening slowly without the help of a spiritual mentor like a mentor, yogi, priest, or shaman. Remembering time before birth is a gift. I must remain my human self to all the people I love and stay quiet to people I do not know unless we are learning to become friends, which will not be right away. Thus, I am learning to love everyone unconditionally including my enemies if I have any. I am not here to judge or pick sides and remain nonconforming to the status quo. Much of the life I had to go through during my youth conditioned by certain people and groups. It was not about me at any time, so that is why I remained mostly alone.

Remembering Who You Truly Are Takes Time

I have had close friends but not best friends until later, when maturity came about. I now understand relationships more than I have before. Subsequently, I know why things happened to me the way they did, in the past. Though, I try not to dwell on it or ruminate. Life is more than any thoughts I had about it. It is living in the now. God works through me in this very moment for allowing me to understand and understood by others. Remembering is all about time.

I am not about materialistic wealth pushed onto from a youthful age. Therefore, I am learning to be spiritually wealthy with high value and virtues. I can survive on pure love alone. Knowing and mastering thyself is a lifelong process, but sometimes blessings happen before becoming a master or even learning and gaining knowledge. The gained gnosis is from the divine. So, finding Source or God is often timely.

Most people prefer not to abandon old habits or adopt new ones. We must understand not to seek the light outside of ourselves. The All is Mental and the kingdom of God lives within every one of us. It is something we can only choose individually and not by what anyone else has told or taught you. The truth of who you are will set you free.

The journey for me is just beginning, and as with everyone, achieving oneness with God is the main goal, even though we try to be separate and dualistic to that divine knowledge and thought.
